Motivated

Assalamu'alaikum...

Greyson Chance had sung a very good song, Waiting Outside The Line strikes me somehow familiar as a situation I often put myself into, walau macam mana rasa keberatan pun masa tu. It's good to be reminded sometimes that there are someone who cares out there.

Teringat pula time muda-muda dulu, during my school year, ada satu lagu favourite ni. A Praise Chorus by Jimmy Eat World also give me the same feeling before, though the song does lean towards something a bit... haha. Depends on your understanding of the song.

Ok, so apa pointnya di sini? In my opinion, pointnya adalah kita tak patut asyik menyibuk menyesal with our pasts. Maksud saya (ceh, 'saya'), apabila kita selalu fikir yang 'I should have done this, I should have done that' etc. etc... sampai kita tidak dapat fokus pada present time!

Apa, macam la kita boleh ubah masa lampau kan? Ambil sebagai pengajaran sudah, jangan sampai makan diri.

Seriously, kita hidup di dunia ni tak lama sebenarnya. Kenapa tak memaximumkan masa yang ada, yesh, sebaik-baiknya. Dok menyesal saja tak ke mana.

Mana saya (ceh, 'saya') dapat idea ni? Dalam buku Don't Be Sad by Sheikh 'Aaidh ibn Abdullah al-Qarni, beliau ada mention kisah ni, tajuk-tajuk seperti 'The past is gone forever' and 'Today is all that you have'... Tambahan lagi, 'Leave the future alone until it comes'.

Oh, point satu lagi, jangan takut gunakan peluang yang ada. 

"Baik, gunakan peluang yang ada! Lepas ni aku nak join semua aktiviti dekat U ni!! yes, hidup aku!!" eh, macam ni dah lain pula...

Uih, letih promote barang kat manusia yang lalu-lalang depan aku, tengok atas...

This time around

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِي

I was scared. I think I did it again. No, I know I did it again. 

It's funny how you know, yet you done nothing to change it. The word "it's easier said than done" never sound any truer before. 

I was scared, oh yes, scared... an understatement. 

But what is it if not another trial? 

I took a deep breath, and remember... Remember! Allah Maha Besar. 

Even dengan perasaan takut yang ditanamkan dalam hati manusia boleh become satu ujian kepada manusia. The fear. 

Be patient, for Allah loves those who are patient. And believe! Allah Maha Kuasa. 

Nothing can stop me from obtaining my provision pre-ordained by God Almighty. 

I sat there, near my friend, and relax. 

I know I did it again, but it's never right to give up just like that. 

I know I did it again, but I also know I've done what I can to compensate my mistake as much as I could. 

Time never wait for me. Oh, how I had waste it yet again. But... Jangan berputus asa. 

Aku serahkan segalanya kepada Allah, The All-Knower, The All-Hearer. 

Allahu Akhbar! 

Suprised me, oh yes it did. And how thankful I am, can never measure it. 

Oh, how I had made a mistake, but You never leave me. 

Such a beautiful feeling... I never want to miss it again.

The fresh feeling after that was amazing.

And yet He showed me again at times I would have never imagine, 

of how powerful He is. 

Surely, ujian akan datang dan pergi... 

But for this time around, as the last stressful days had past,

 I smiled. 

The beauty of nature

بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

"Whose is the kingdom this Day? [Allah Himself will reply to His question]: It is Allah's - the One, the Irresistible!"

(Qur'an 40: 16)

 The bird was watching me. =)

This is a millipede? A different colour than the red one? 

Oh, I am amazed by this one. I've never seen this insect before...To accidentally saw it while resting under a shady tree, it's beautiful.

Why not?

The question here is "Why?".

Why people do not appreciate what they already have?

Why people always go with "If only i have that", "If ony I'm like that", "If only I was given that."

What is it with all the IFs. 

Why not see something that already in your hand? In your possession? 
That already with you.

Do you not see, 
while you are coveting something that some other people have, 
Somebody else is coveting what you already have.

You have freedom, you have peace, you have money, you have food & water, you have clothes, you have a shelter, a house, you have a vehicle, a computer, you have books... 
You have your family.
You actually have a lot.

Do you realize out there how many people are dying from not enough food? 
Do you realize how many out there does not have any facilities to make their lives simple? 
how many out there lives in the dump? how many out there walk with barefoot? 
how many out there in danger?
No family, no friends, 
No shelter, no protection.
No saviour. 

Do you realize any of this?

Then, why not appreciate? why not think for a bit? 

We are chosen to have all of this. الحمد لله

but not for your own luxury... 
why waste, when you can give what you don't want to those who need them. 
why complain, when your life is not a hardship compare to others.
Why not share, when you have too many. 

Why not appreciate?

Ya Allah, The Almighty... 

They, who does not have some benefits, are being tested. Diuji dengan kesusahan dan kesabaran.

We, who've been given some benefits, are also being tested. Kita diuji dengan segala kemudahan yang kita ada. Kemana harta-harta itu dibelanjakan? 

But then, this is what humans perceived.
We know not what Allah knows.
Oleh itu, bersyukurlah dengan apa yang kita ada,
Sesungguhnya semuanya, in truth, adalah milik Dia. 

أستغفر الله 

"And if you would count the graces of Allah,
never could you able to count them."
(Qur'an 14: 34)
